Watch Powered by the Body's Electric Current

There are watches out there that are powered by batteries, solar cells, kinetic energy, and springs. Why not a watch that can be powered by the electric current generated by the human body? This energy could be collected and stored in a rechargeable battery to keep the watch running when it's not in direct contact with skin.

Perhaps only enough voltage could be captured to run the watch without enough left over to charge a battery. People might begin to feel more of a connection to a watch that needs them as much as they need it.
