Nasal Turbine

Using micro fan technology, a person can insert two small turbines into the nasal passages. During the course of the day, their inhaling/exhaling will spin the turbines, generating energy. This would be stored in a small battery or can be used directly in items like iPods, watches, cell phones, heads up display sunglasses, etc.

Using effective cosmetic fittings, the wiring and turbines themselves would appear as facial jewelry along the lines of piercings, etc.

Also, an additional medical benefit can be obtained by outfitting the turbines with specialized filters to remove allergens, pollutants and bad odors. Additionally, cosmetic plug-ins could be made to offer the wearer interesting, stimulating, comforting or intoxicating odors, perfumes, etc to increase personal value in such a device.
