Ice Paper is a paper or plastic substance that can be used to coat the hoods, trunk, and roofs of vehicles in order to reflect solar energy back out into space. It can help compensate for the shrinking ice caps.

Since Ice Paper is primarily used on vehicles, it's ability to reflect solar radiation is naturally concentrated in urban and industrial areas.

Ice paper can also be used to cover building roofs and other wide horizontal surfaces.
